    • After receiving your dispatch notification, delivery will take 2 - 7 business days. This means that once you receive a notification that your package has been dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 2 to 7 business days.
  • Deliveries to Remote Areas:
    • Deliveries to remote areas, townships, and villages may take longer than 7 business days. This is because many of these areas are not serviced daily by courier companies, and deliveries may only occur once a week. Therefore, if you live in a remote area, township, or village, it is important to keep in mind that your package may take longer to arrive compared to deliveries made to more accessible locations.
  • Suggestions for Faster Delivery:
    • If you wish to receive your order earlier, consider selecting a delivery address in a town or city instead of a village, farm, township, or remote area. This is because courier companies often have more frequent and efficient delivery services in urban areas, which can result in faster delivery times.
    • Another suggestion for faster delivery is to choose an office or business address in a nearby town where someone you know works and can assist in receiving the order. This can expedite the delivery process, especially if the person travels daily from that business address to your area. By doing so, you can take advantage of their regular commute and potentially receive your package sooner.
  • Waybill and Notification:
    • The shipping period begins once you receive your Waybill number. This means that the countdown for the delivery time starts once you have been provided with the Waybill number, which serves as a unique identifier for your package.
    • Upon dispatching your order, we will send you an SMS/Email notification with your waybill details. This notification will contain the necessary information about your package, including the Waybill number, so that you can track its progress and stay informed about its estimated arrival time.
